Ingredients
  

  • 2 Lbs Chicken Thighs (or chicken breast)
  • 1/3 Cup Flour
  • 1/4 Cup Honey
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Aminos
  • 1 Tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 Tsp Sesame Seeds
  • 3 Cups Mixed Vegetables
  • Red Pepper Flakes To Taste Optional
  • Rice to serve with Optional

Instructions
 

  • Add the chicken & Vegetables to the crockpot.
  • Mixed together the flour, honey, coconut aminos, garlic, sesame seeds and red pepper flakes in a small bowl.
  • Pour the sauce mixture on top of the chicken & vegetables.
  • Cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours.
  • Serve with rice!
