Air Fryer Beef Taquito's

Taco Tuesday, Cinco De Mayo, or needing a quick healthy lunch/ dinner for toddlers. I GOT YOU COVERED! These are hands down the juiciest, crunchiest, and healthiest air fryer beef taquito's you will EVER have. Serve this with either salsa, taco sauce, queso or guacamole. Honestly, these taquitos taste so flavorful on their own!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 LB Ground Beef Any type of ground meat will do.
  • 2-15 OZ Pinto Beans Or refried beans
  • 1 Packet Taco Seasoning
  • 12 OZ Cauliflower Rice
  • 2 8 Count Siete's Tortilla Wraps

Instructions
 

  • Brown the ground beef.
  • Drain the grease and break down the ground beef.
  • Add in cauliflower rice and taco seasoning.
  • Smash the pinto beans with mash potato masher (Or simply use refried beans.)
  • Assemble together in the wrap by doing wrap, meat/cauliflower rice, beans, and cheese.
  • Roll up the wrap
  • Stick a toothpick in the center and fry in the air Fryer for 5 minutes on 400 degrees.
  • Serve and enjoy!
