Meatloaf Mixture
- 2 Lbs Boneless Chicken Thighs
- All Purpose Flour
- Honey
- Coconut Aminos
- Minced Garlic
- Sesame Seed
- Your favorite vegetables
- Red Pepper Flakes
- Brown Rice (to serve with)

Instructions
Place the chicken in the crockpot
Place your favorite vegetables in the crockpot.
Mix together the sauce.
Pour it over the vegetables and the chicken.
Cook on high for 4 hours or cook on low for 8 hours.
Serve over rice and enjoy!
Tip: To make this even more simple and not to make too many dishes you can simply get instant organic rice from the store and pour this into the crockpot as well!
Substitutions
- If you are not a fan of chicken thighs you can use chicken breast. I just personally like chicken thighs for the dark meat and the extra fat to make it more delicious!
