You know what chaos feels like. The sticky counters, screaming toddlers, forgotten appointments, the never-ending laundry, and the nightly rush to get the family fed. But what if Sunday didn’t have to be the end of a hard week? What if this could be the power move of the week ahead? Let’s talk about a Sunday reset every mama needs, not as another thing on your list but one that grounds your motherhood and gives you the daily rhythm you crave.

As a stay-at-home mom of a 4,3,2 and 8 month and someone who really cares about what my family eats, how our home feels, andand hor our days run. But ‘ve learned the hard way that structure is sacred- especially when everything feels wild.
Sunday is my reset. I like to take my Sundays as an actual day of rest, but I give myself one solid hour to prep my week, so I’m not spending the rest of it spiraling out of control It keeps me present with my family and less reactive when the chaos hits.
Just a few systems. That’s all it takes and here is what has been a game-changer for us….

Starting with mama’s soul: Weekly Devotional
Nothing I love more in the morning is sipping on hot coffee, reading the daily gospel, and getting my prayers in but let’s be real- those moments are rare when toddlers are running wild and every need mama right now. So instead of fighting the chaos, i decided to lean into it. Now…now my toddlers join me.
Every Sunday, I prep the week ahead
- I print the daily Gospels
- Write a motherhood reflection and prayer
- Add a space for journaling (because journaling is my therapy)
- I create a toddler-friendly Gospel version we read together during our circle time.
- We do a morning prayer, a faith-based activity or a coloring page to bring the Gospel to life.
This little rhythm anchors our mornings. It’s loud. Its imperfect but it draws us closer to God and closer to each other. When we don’t do it..the kids fight more. Cry more. I snap more.

Morning Menu’s for Toddlers
After we finish our devotional, the toddlers will roll right into our morning menus. This is one of my favorite things to do. Our morning menus help our little wants start the day with prayer, play, and a purpose. It’s not just a busy work binder- it’s a routine anchor. Each day, they trace lines, match colors, count, identify letters and shapes and learn simple prayers. It even includes a chore chart that they can cross off daily.
While they are busy with these menu’s I am cleaning up the kitchen, starting laundry, or prepping dinner for that night. Which brings me to…

Prepping Dinner
This is my dinnertime lifesaver… Let’s be honest..cooking dinner is one of the biggest stressors in motherhood. The constant question: “What’s for dinner?” can leave us snappy, exhausted, and tempted to hit the drive-through.
That is why I created this plan.
5 months- 80 nourishing meals- toddler approved- quick- and delicious. All with a color-coded grocery list.
This gives you margin to eat leftovers, grab takeout, or cook a family favorite.
It’s like giving your brain a break every time dinner rolls around. No more standing in front of the fridge trying to piece together a meal with four random ingredients and a prayer. This planner helps you eat more intentionally, waste less foods, and save serious MONEY..All while giving you a back the mental margin to actually enjoy your evening with your family.

Life Giving Energy Every Mama Deserves
Now let’s talk about the fuel that keeps me going..because I’m not superwomen, and I don’t run on vibes alone.
This season of motherhood is sacred but also extremely exhausting and hard.
That’s why I drink my mama mocktail every.single.day….without missing a beat. This isn’t just a cute drink but it’s science-backed supplement that:
- Supports gut health
- Boost natural energy
- Stabilizes mood
- Calms the nervous system.
Just a delicious drink that supports me physically, mentally and emotionally.
Sunday Reset Isn’t About Perfection
It’s not about perfection but it’s about showing up with intention- even in the mess. It’s about trading survival mode for rhythms that actually serve you. It’s about stewarding your motherhood Boldy, even when it’s chaotic and loud and full of very large laundry piles.
Whether you’re sipping coffee during naptime, juggling toddlers through devotionals, or reheat the same cup of coffee three times..you are shaping hearts. You’re doing holy work.
So, prep your week.
Fill your soul.
Fuel your body.
And know- you’re not behind. You’re building a life that matter.
