I am constantly looking for breakfast food that my kids will eat that is HEALTHY. Does anyone else struggle with that?! I finally came across something packed full of healthy foods to keep my kids happy and full all day. To top it all off, it only takes 35 minutes or less to make!

INGREDIENTS

4 OZ Fresh Spinach

2 Medium Bananas

1 Egg

1/3 Cup Maple Syrup

1/2 Cup Milk

1/4 Cup Peanut Butter

1 TSP Vanilla

2 Cups Rolled Oats

1 TSP Cinnamon

2 TSP Baking Powder

1/2 TSP Baking Soda

1/2 TSP Salt

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F
  • Mix Ingredients together in a blender
  • Pour the mixture evenly into 12 cupcake pans
  • Cook for 25-30 Minutes
  • Let it cool on the rack, and enjoy!!
